Veronica is a ceramics artist with a background in biology and more than two decades of experience as a wildlife conservation practitioner. Drawing from her multicultural experiences across Mexico, Ukraine, Bolivia, and the USA, her work explores themes of migration, interconnectivity, and the intricate web of dependencies within nature. ​In her art, Veronica incorporates traditional techniques from the rich heritage of animal sculpture in ceramics. By focusing closely on the gestures of her subjects, she enhances their majestic qualities through the use of color, intricate patterns, and textures.
